The kinds of bacteria that cause gum disease are many. There is enough information pertaining to the causes of gum disease to fill a library with books dedicated to the topic. Actinobacillus Actinomycetemcomatins and Porphyromonas gingivalis are two commonly known bacteria which are present in the occurrence of gum disease.
