Liposuction has come a long way from the traditional complicated procedures from the 1980′s. Today’s technology offers us two types of liposuction procedures—the ultrasonic and tumescent technique. Both still require surgery, however, they differ in their backing technology. Generally speaking, the tumescent technique is lipo’s “old school” ways while the ultrasonic procedure uses the latest instruments given by science.
