Stress can play a bigger part in your life than you may realize. You probably just think that it leads to a few bouts of rage and depression, but in reality it becomes detrimental to your body. Your weigh can fluctuate. Your sleeping habits can change. Your mood swings can become more frequent. The list goes on and on.
