So how much sleep do you need? A good estimate is to consider how you normally feel after sleep. If you don’t feel refreshed after your sleep, chances are you’re not sleeping enough. You should awake naturally at about the same time everyday without an alarm clock. Also, sleep requirements depend highly on the individual and involve many factors.
