The fact is only a few people have a perfectly soft, smooth, and healthy skin. Most of us have to suffer from various skin problems. We regret the times that we forgot to value our skin’s health. And now we can see the importance of having healthy skin.

We commonly suffer from oily or dry skin, blemishes, wrinkles and fine lines, and acne. The good thing is there are lots of available skin care solutions that can fix any of these skin care problems. But the bad news is skin will become sensitive if it is regularly treated with chemicals and other substances.

A good sensitive skin care is recommended to prevent skin damages. In taking care of sensitive skin, you have to be more careful in applying products. Even natural ingredients can cause redness or allergic reaction. That’s why the first thing to do is to consult your dermatologist. Since your skin can be easily damaged, you can’t just try which product will work and which will not.

Sensitive skin care includes eating nutritious fruits and vegetables.

Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals. Eating these foods will keep the natural nutrients in your skin. For instance, fruits that are rich in Vitamin A, D, C, and K are also excellent antioxidants which can help the skin to remove the harmful free radicals we all come into contact with living in our enviroments.

Another sensitive skin care tip is to avoid hot baths. Instead, go for warm baths or quick cold or luke warm shower. Use mild soaps and avoid strong detergents. You have to pat dry your skin, instead of rubbing it dry. Doing so can cause skin cell damages.

You can also apply baby oil with jojoba extracts to moisturize your skin.

This is a good alternative for hydrating lotions since baby oils are designed for the delicate skin of babies.
